We discreetly investigate specific concerns and report what can be established through lawful observation and research. We do not assume the outcome, exaggerate findings or promise to confirm a suspicion.
Every instruction is different, but investigations may include discreet observation of a person, vehicle, address or agreed location during a defined period.
We can document:

vehicle use and travel patterns
activity at a specific address
photographic or video evidence where lawful and appropriate
Our role is to record what actually happens. We do not manufacture suspicion, provoke contact or interpret ordinary behaviour as proof of infidelity.

A well-timed observation period is usually more useful than open-ended surveillance. We agree the objective, timing and maximum cost before work begins.

Travel within Cornwall coverage area is included. Travel outside this area is agreed in advance.

We understand that even contacting an investigator may need to be handled carefully. Before discussing the details, we can agree a safe method of communication, suitable contact times and neutral wording that will not draw unnecessary attention.
We can:
use an agreed contact name
communicate by telephone, text, WhatsApp or email
avoid detailed voicemail messages
contact you only during agreed times
use an agreed verification question or phrase
arrange a meeting only where it is useful and appropriate
We will not send unexpected messages containing sensitive information or discuss your instruction with anyone else without your permission.
Our work is based on lawful, proportionate observation and factual reporting. Depending on the instruction, this may involve static observation from an appropriate location, following a vehicle, recording movements between locations, or documenting activity visible from public places.
We do not confront the subject, interfere with their activities or attempt to influence the outcome. We do not hack accounts, access private devices, trespass, install tracking equipment or use unlawful listening devices.
The purpose is simple: to establish and document what can genuinely be observed—not to manufacture proof.
