By instructing Cornwall Field Agency Ltd, clients agree to these terms.

Services may include:

Process serving
Site visits and occupancy enquiries
Tracing support
OSINT-assisted research
Attendance reporting
Photographic evidence gathering
Litigation support
Other agreed field services

All work is conducted subject to lawful purpose and operational feasibility.

Instructions

Clients must provide accurate information and clear instructions.

Cornwall Field Agency Ltd reserves the right to decline instructions that are unlawful, inappropriate or outside the scope of available services.

Fees and Expenses

Fees will be agreed in advance where practical.

Additional expenses may include:

Mileage
Parking
Travel costs
Accommodation where necessary
Court fees or third-party charges

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Field enquiries, tracing activities and attendance work involve factors outside our control.

Cornwall Field Agency Ltd cannot guarantee any specific outcome, result, location, contact or evidential finding.

Reports and Evidence

Reports are provided as factual records of observations, enquiries and information obtained during the course of an instruction.

Clients remain responsible for determining how any information may be used.

Confidentiality

Information received from clients will be handled confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the performance of instructed services.

Liability

Cornwall Field Agency Ltd maintains appropriate business insurance.

Liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the value of the instruction giving rise to the claim unless otherwise required by law.

Cancellation

Instructions may be cancelled at any time.

Work completed and expenses incurred prior to cancellation remain chargeable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Business shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
